All items are made to order. All sales are final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@1800notcool.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and make it right.

If your package is lost in transit or not delivered, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion for confirmed production defects or fulfillment errors.
